6 months after moving house and I'm still talking about the role Nicola Dawkins played in selling my flat. She's the best estate agent I've come across - really thoughtful, caring and wanted to put into action how I wanted to move forward. She was a lovely human being and never went the traditional route of grasping for the money! Despite the competition from others to sell my flat I went with Ludlow because of Nicola.

Fantastic service from Andrew Martin who helped us with our property search within the north London area, he was very efficient and committed to helping my parents find a property within the north London area. His knowledge of the current property market reassured us that Finsbury Park was a brilliant area to purchase a property in.

Dealt with loads of agents over the past few months and Craig at Ludlow was probably one of most professional out of the bunch. He was upfront, answering my questions, without any of the usual spiel. It was easy to communicate with him and my queries were dealt with quickly. 5 stars for professionalism.

While searching for a flat to rent, I had a lot of help from this agency, especially from Tim Watson. He showed me a lot of properties on multiple days, always adapted viewing times to my schedule, and gave me lots of useful tips. Plus he is a very nice person to chat with!

Bhavik at the Finsbury Park office has been excellent. He delivers what he promises unlike other agents and ensured the process was transparent and smooth. He went over everything with me and made sure I understood it unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past. I will definitely recommend Bhavik to anyone.
