GoogleAlex Cassar helped me secure a rental in early 2024 and again more recently in August 2025. On both occasions, he proactively showed me off-market properties in my desired areas - going above and beyond other agents I had spoken to during each search. I would recommend.

GoogleI had an excellent experience working with “Denna”. My requirements for the property were quite specific, but she showed me options that not only met but exceeded those expectations. She was kind and full of passion at every step of the process. As someone who moved from abroad and was unfamiliar with the London rental process, I truly appreciated her guidance and support. I highly recommend her not only to those already living in London but also to anyone relocating from overseas.

GoogleWhere do I start! Quite a joke of an agency. They’ve so far 1. Refused to acknowledge the end of our tenancy even though this was agreed, months prior, with the landlord. 2. Attempted to bully us (the tenants) into paying a “lost fees” …

GoogleThe lack of integrity comes from above, such as associate directors, and spreads amongst all members of staff. Misleading customers and misrepresenting sellers lead serious buyers into unpleasant situations.

GoogleOur experience of dealing with Matthew Caruthers of Tooting Broadway branch was a very pleasant. Matthew guided us at each step of the sale process. I would highly recommend Matthew and his team if you are serious about achieving a quick sale.

GoogleRameez was very helpful in finding us the property within a short period of time. Although price point was a bit borderline high but managed to crack the deal keeping in mind the dealbreakers and other necessities.

GoogleMy partner & I had found a perfect property in Balham through the help of George Macfarlane. He quickly found the ideal property and within our budget for both of us. Due to personal reasons we had to pull out and not move in at the set move in date, however, George used his own personal time to help us find a suitable candidate to take over our lease which was incredibly kind of him. As both of us were no longer in the country, we could not have asked for better helping hand. We just want to thank George for his kindness and willingness to help out of work hours top help us get the property re-let back out to new tenants and we can't thank him enough for his help getting this sorted. Should you be looking for a new property in the SW London area he is your guy!

GoogleDisappointing experience with Alex. I enquired on a specific property only to be shown a rental out of the area I was looking in, and which did not meet my deal-breaking requirements. I am particularly disappointed as I had spoken with Alex …

GoogleDonald was amazingly helpful and thoughtful, arranging several viewings over two house hunting expeditions. Sorry I found a place but not in Dulwich.

GoogleIt is no surprise that all of the positive reviews are regarding housing purchases and not from rental tenants. Utterly useless. You will spend more time chasing the staff (to find out information or ask them to do what they have committed to doing) than they spend doing the job they are paid to do. A stressful and frustrating experience.
