Vinh at Ludlowthomspon has been understanding from the beginning of our search what we wanted and what we expected from our future flat. He has only shown us properties that matched our description making our quest for the perfect flat easier. I was contacted by Stephen Graham to discuss renewing the tenancy agreement with my corporate tenants. We discussed the current rental value of the property and what my bottom line would be in terms of negotiating an increase. Stephen's suggestion of going in at a slightly higher figure proved to be correct as he was successful at the first attempt in obtaining an increase from the tenant. I was very pleased with the service provided and the speed in which this matter was resolved. Thanks once again.

If I were writing this review a couple of weeks ago, I would not have rated them so highly. However, when I was concerned about an issue, our new agent Lois Connellan has been outstanding. She has provided some of the best customer service I have received in the UK from any outlet. Unlike my prior experience with Jacksons Estate Agents who typically ignore or respond slowly to any issue, LudlowThompson has been very prompt on any issues that have occured in our managed flat. I would definitely suggest using this agency as it has been the best experience I have had with any agent thus far.

The whole experience was really good. Fabien, the agent I spoke with during all the process was really friendly and always reply all my 100 questions quick and providing me with the info I was looking for. I showed my interest in the flat almost 3 month before it was available but everything when smooth and all the `paperwork was done quick and without any problem whatsoever I just moved into my new flat last weekend and I'm very happy to have chosen this agency as everything has been perfect so I’d recommend it to anyone
