GoogleSeriously poor service. When completing on a flat I had a very aggressive "John" phone me up and pressure me to sign a contract I wasn't yet 100% sure of. He took advantage of my young age and the money I was spending. You shouldn't be made to feel this uncomfortable when purchasing a property! Very unprofessional.

I am in the business of properties myself since 1994 and bought many properties throughout all these years. Rarely I had such an outstanding service as Francesca so kindly provided me with. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, willing to go to the extra mile. Simply marvellous. She also manages to making the whole search process FUN - which is really marvellous (!) GoogleIgor was amazing. The effort he put in to make sure that we were aware of any suitable properties was far beyond anything we experienced with other agencies. He got a great idea of what we wanted and when the right flat became available he contacted us straight away so we could snap it up! highly recommended.

GoogleOur flat hunting experience with Daniela was great. She is very professional and friendly. Despite our long list of requirements, she patiently worked with us and showed us several lovely flats. She showed us places in different neighborhoods so that we could get a feel of London as we are new to the city. We were very pleased with her that we did not hesitate to recommend her to our friend who moved to London just a few months after us.

GoogleI had a great experience with foxton east dulwich, Gemma ingles helped me find the perfect property. She really understood what I was looking for and also took my budget into account. Once moving into the property Gemma made sure everything was perfect and any work that needed doing was in the process of being done. she was amazing and made this stressful situation very easy and fun :-) thank Gemma xxx

GoogleMy partner Dave and I just relocated from Australia and needed to find a rental property in the local area. Shahin was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that everything went smoothly for us. All of the staff including Liz at reception were very respectful and welcoming. The service was efficient and we found a property which suited us perfectly! We are so grateful that the team went out of their way to settle us into our new home.

GoogleJust had a viewing with them and the "consultant" William Marques was terrible. Arived to the viewing 20minutes late, when I asked "can you tell me about the property" (a question that shouldnt be that challenging) all i got was attitude mixed infotmation or no information. I would have offered on the property but the thought of dealling with him and them was a massive turn off. Avoid this agency landlords.. please.. for your propertys sake!

GoogleMy girlfriend and I recently bought a flat in the Tooting area and they were excellent! From the initial viewing through the offer process and to completion I cannot fault them. We were competing with a cash buyer through another agent and Philip (the sales negotiator) did a tremendous job to convince the buyer that we were the better option. At the vendors insistence we were forced to move fast so went from viewing to completion in 20 days (which is a crazy pace but didnt bother us as house prices were climbing by the week!) but we felt supported and informed every step of the way with the Ludlow team happy to work with us to push the deal through. I cannot recommend them highly enough given the level of professional service and attention they gave to our situation. To move quickly we also used their recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers who were also excellent. I would say that we found a gem of a property in the area and were hugely fortunate to have an agent that looked after us in our first residential property purchase. Highly recommended!

GoogleThe worst experience in my life! I found a property through the Dulwich agency office. The person who showed me the place and was dealing with this property was Hannah. After the offer stage where there was other people wanting this place and we had to put a few offers, I was assured by the agency that my final offer is now accepted and we can proceed to the referencing process and if there is no problems with it, I am definitely getting the property. When I had any questions and was calling the agency, they were always saying they will call me back and they NEVER did, I had to call them again! However, I have started the process and after that I gave my notice at the property I was living at that moment. I have provided again my bank details to the agency for the second reservation payment. About a week later, just few days before I had to move out from my current place, the agency called me and told me that the landlord has given the property to other people who have passed the referencing process first from other agency!!! I then of course thought since I have paid the reservations fees there will be some consequences for the landlord and he would not be able to give the property to others, but I was wrong because apparently the agency did not took the second payment from me and they said that there is nothing they can do, because of that! They said that the only thing they can do is to offer me other place, but then it turns out that they did not have any matching my requirements! I could not even put a complaint or even speak to the office manager, because he was always "busy" or "not in the office"! I had to move to friends house until I found another property! I also had to call the agency a few weeks later to remind them that they still haven't refunded my money!!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE! Really unprofessional, unorganised and only caring about money!

GoogleThe worst agency i've been dealing with. They always take ages to reply to your request even when you are facing a problem with your property. They are also never really helpful and unprofessionnal. They don't seem to have a clue of what is customer service. Really dont recommend this agency and probably not this company, regarding the other comments.
