GoogleDelighted with how quickly they sold my flat and got me moving. Very professional and always friendly and helpful when communicating. I particularly liked how straightforward Clodagh, the manager, was. I found her easy to talk to, honest and realistic. They got a good price for my flat which has enabled me to move to my desired location.
I was able to take advantage of the 0% commission offer which despite my skepticism really was a great deal!

Googlethe only star is in order to get my review published! I had decided to let out my property through LT, and overall received the worst experience of my life! very unprofessional, and rude towards both tenants and landlords. Still regret the day I decided to sign up with them, cause as soon as I did and decided to pull out, I was sent various emails by the manager threatening of law suits and various other threats, a record of which I still have available. During the two years they managed my property, they were late in forwarding the rental collection and I had to constantly follow this up. Sometimes, it took over 5 days from the date rent was paid until it was forwarded. They blamed it on the "processing time", never seen anything like it.
Afterwards, once I got to know the tenant, I found out even the tenant was left in the dark till the very last day and was in a complete shock since she thought she was going to be made homeless having terminated her previous tenancy. Not entirely sure, why they made the poor girl go through such hassle when the property had been empty for over a month and they had the keys. Oh and not to mention that the number of complaints that I made about their service, was met with blank faces and didn't go anywhere. tenants, landlords, and everyone else, STAY AWAY! can't stress enough, STAY AWAY!

Sophie, who showed us around the property, and Philip, who completed the sale were both extremely helpful and patient. They were timely in their responses to any queries we had or advice we needed through the whole home buying process which made us feel really valued as clients.

GoogleThese are the biggest amount of morons I have encountered. The amount of times they tried to scam when we tried to move out. 1 example out of the many; When moving out they required ยฃ500 for "cleaning" the house, however they didn't even clean the place as our landlord said to us.

GoogleWe are Landlords who use Ludlow for rent collection. They are incompetent, routinely charging the wrong amount, sending statements relating to other landlord's properties versus our own, and can't get the basics right. They charge a lot and you have to watch them like a hawk, I am relieved we do not use them for managing our property, and I would not recommend using them for any service if you can avoid it.

Both agents were really efficient and communicative. They were always very helpful and promt in responding to my queries. I couldn't really emphasise enough how I appreciated their role in the rental process (It went much smoother that I originally expected). Also, both are just great personalities!

I would have offered on the property but the thought of dealling with him and them was a massive turn off. Avoid this agency landlords.. please.. for your propertys sake!

GoogleThey are the worst agency I have ever dealt with, exhorbitant fees for a terrible service. We have had repeated problems in the flat we have rented with them and have only received excuses and a horrifying costumer service in return. We've had 5 different property managers in 2 years and not one solution offered to us. One example is leaving us with no hot water or heating for more then a month duriring christmas. Stay away from them

GoogleNot just disappointing, but disastrous service. As a lettings manager of the branch is to ensure staff is doing what they are supposed to do. Not just this being ignored, but as manager himself being so rude to clients - unimaginable. It's a shame that people like him ruin the name of the company and reputation of estates agents.
Long story cut short - if you don't want a landlord, who would be pulling you to courts for fake damages - don't ask this agent to find a home for you. They don't care for tenants, just advise landlords how to sew the tenants. You stay away from them - you keep your life stress free.
