GoogleI have had bad experiences with ludlow in the past, so was reluctant to go back, but was getting nowhere with other agents. Ludlow immediately found a tenant, and again with a second flat - there were even no void days. The new manager Josh seems really switched on and did a very good job. So If you have had bad experiences in the past, you might want to revisit. Theres no doubt Ludlow had really gone downhill, but hopefully if Josh stays, then they can regain some of their old reputation.

GoogleSad excuse of an estate agent. Employees are nice enough, but incredibly unprofessional in how they conduct themselves around potential clients, both by email and in person. Pictures of the flat online were of a completely one than the one shown to me. I mentioned this and the young woman showing me around either genuinely didn't know showing a lack of care or was trying to downright lie to me neither of which I appreciated. Furthermore, they will also continue emailing you even though you have unsubscribed from all emails (even for flats on the other end of town from where we were looking - makes zero sense) After experiencing a little of this myself and reading the reviews online I'm glad I didn't end up going with them. Avoid.

GoogleUnprofessional and incompetent personnel. Not customer orientated. Long response times and unefficient problem solving. Poor managed properties and inflexible personnel. Overall stay away

GoogleIf you are buying a property I hope Georgina is your agent. She was the one bright light amongst the protracted painful process of dealing with solicitors, she was the only one on the ball and with any worthwhile updates. I recommend her highly.

GoogleI have rented a flat through this agency since 2007 and can recommend them for the speed with which they get the place rented. The team there now are very fast and efficient, I've been very happy with them.

GoogleAfter taking the money for our holding fee, and making us commit to let the property if the landlord accepted our offer, they kept us waiting for over a week. They then told us that our offer had been accepted, took more of our money, only to tell us they didn't have the right to let the property until a later date. £500 admin fee for all of that, you must be joking
