GoogleStephen, Laura and Hannah make a fantastic team. They have let my house for me on a find only basis and made the whole experience a good one dispite my having difficulties with my tenant. They were always on the phone to help and advise and keep me updated with what was going on, which was vital to me as I live out of London. Thank you to the whole team. I will be back in 2 years time!

GoogleStephen, Hannah and Lee in the management team have a done a great job in finding 2 sets of tenants for my flat in the last 3 years. They are responsive, hard working and professional and best of all I have virtually no voids in that period. They take a lot of stress out of the process and I couldn't recommend their Lettings team more highly. Thanks to a great job done.

GoogleAs a landlord of a few buy to let properties, I have been exclusively using LT to find tenants. They are really expert in their area and are really realisable to achieve best possible rent return. Whenever I tried to find an alternative agent, it turned out to be a failure and I eventually went back to LT. Best contact is Jibby who is running the lettings : extremely reliable, picks up email late evenings and WEs, knowledgeable. Really great asset for LT !

GoogleI can only vouch and agree with what is written below. Please avoid this lot like the plague. A 3 year tenancy was signed and, unlike the unfortunate individual below, we did have the foresight to ensure that a ‘tenant replacement’ clause was embedded in to our Agreement so were fortunate to be able to leave our property early. Despite this, breaking our tenancy (which was perfectly fine to do, given that this was a clause within our Agreement) led to us being treated like rogues, as if we had committed genocide or a similar act. Our honesty and integrity as individuals were called into question by LT, and I would strongly urge that you think twice before approaching them, let alone entering in to any agreement with them. It is also worth adding that LT played us off against our landlord in getting us to sign a 3 year contract in the first place, an arrangement which both parties soon came to discover neither actually wanted. There were further issues experienced on top of this, accused of fraud upon moving in to the property which was followed by unhinged levels of unprofessionalism on the part of the agent, as well as accusations of late payment of rent by the agent when this in fact was entirely their fault (they had given misleading information). Also don’t get me started on property ‘management’. LT were the designated property managers given that our landlord lived out the country, yet proceeded to do absolutely nothing about any issues reported, and we ended up simply sorting out any faults directly with the landlord. A shower.

GoogleBad experience, when we viewed the flat all seemed okay as it does on a viewing, but once we moved in we found lots of small things which were broken or not working properly. They claim to fully manage the property but when you ask for something as simple to get fixed, they need to go to the landlord for permission, if the landlord doesn't get back to the property manager then nothing gets done! I have been in our flat for about 3 months now and one of the first things I wanted fixed has still not been fixed, the property managers do not keep you up to date at all with their correspondence to landlords and do not come back to emails or calls! Would really not recommend.

GoogleI have been helped a lot by this agency (close to Oval station) to find my new place. Nicola Dawkins has been extremely efficient, fast and sensible regarding my tastes. and on top of this, it is very easy to reach her on the phone (which is not always the case in my own experience with other professionals) and she seems to know every detail of the properties in her portfolio.

GoogleI managed a tenancy through this agency and the process was fast and smooth. I am glad that agent Lewis proposed and showed me some additional property what in fact was a destiny move. Now we are living there. I also enjoyed talking to him by the way. Agreement itself was managed through agent Alexander who seems to have great experience in the industry. He was polite and coherent during negotiations. Overall, apartment is great, guys are making a good job.

GoogleSelling our 3 bed flat, was very happy with the service provided by Craig and Aaron - they organized the marketing, photos etc very quickly, and in challenging market conditions got 30-40 viewings in the first couple of months, and eventually through that found the perfect buyer. If they slightly improved some communications (e.g. some more regular feedback) then I would give 5 stars. Many thanks!
