Extremely unprofessional service from this letting agency, particularly Nicola. We were left in the dark throughout the letting process and had to constantly chase them for updates. They also failed to stick to the agreed move-in time, leaving us stranded with delivery services waiting to bring in our furniture. We were promised that issues like broken curtains, doors, and flooring would be fixed before we moved in, but just days before, we were told we'd have to deal with the landlord directly. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Was a tenant for one of their flats, and I have never EVER met people who were so unhelpful to their tenants. Completely only took the landlords side despite being given EVIDENCE that the deposit was to be returned in full. I will NEVER ever give foxtons my business again and will never recommend them to any friends/family. I understand their terrible reputation now for not caring for their tenants and unfortunately had to find out the hard way that it is true. Do not waste your money time or energy and it is a shame for you that you have lost a client due to your company's selfish monetary needs.

They are pleasant and charming whenever they want you to sign a contract with them. However, when our contract ended, they attempted to charge us over £500 for trivial repairs, most of which were due to the poor ventilation of the flat. Despite refusing to pay multiple times, we ultimately didn’t have to pay anything, as they were not entitled to charge us for those repairs. They also behaved unprofessionally when arranging viewings and final visits, and they altered the concepts and amounts of the fees to be paid multiple times. We ended up dealing with the letting manager, who was one of the rudest individuals we’ve encountered

WAISTED MY TIME!!! I arrived at the branch to see a property and physically showed my agreement in principle (AIP). The agent told me only when I got in the car that the property wasn't available - Why could he have not done that before!? He then drove me to see three other places but refused to tell me details like the asking price or lease length etc until we got there. It turned out, all three were at least £70k above my AIP. I'm not sure what his motive was, but it was disrespectful of my time and money. I'd rather take my funds elsewhere.

I have just exchanged and waiting for completion! Woop woop, I have had an excellent experience as a buyer. The estate agent Paul showed me multiple places before helping me find the perfect one, he has always been available through the entire buying journey. As a first time buyer I felt like I could trust Paul and he helped share tips/ advise for the buying journey. This really helped me build a trusting relationship. Finally Paul did a great job in pushing solicitors / translating solicitor jargon into something I understand and giving me confidence that the sale is moving forward. Could not ask more from an estate agent :) kudos to Paul and the team.
