GoogleWAISTED MY TIME!!! I arrived at the branch to see a property and physically showed my agreement in principle (AIP). The agent told me only when I got in the car that the property wasn't available - Why could he have not done that before!? He then drove me to see three other places but refused to tell me details like the asking price or lease length etc until we got there. It turned out, all three were at least £70k above my AIP. I'm not sure what his motive was, but it was disrespectful of my time and money. I'd rather take my funds elsewhere.

GoogleI dealt with Katie Hindler at Foxton to find my next rental property. Katie was great, professional, pleasant and very good. She understood what I wanted and respected my price limit. If you look for a property to rent you should give her a call!

GoogleWe have been looking for a new home to rent in Tooting for months, and Katie has been the most helpful, professional, and kind agent throughout this process. She emailed and called us whenever new properties became available, but never applied any pressure. She showed us all the houses again with no rush, demonstrating patience and understanding of the difficulties one faces when searching for a new place. Top service from her! Keep up the good work, and thanks again!

GoogleI have just exchanged and waiting for completion! Woop woop, I have had an excellent experience as a buyer. The estate agent Paul showed me multiple places before helping me find the perfect one, he has always been available through the entire buying journey. As a first time buyer I felt like I could trust Paul and he helped share tips/ advise for the buying journey. This really helped me build a trusting relationship. Finally Paul did a great job in pushing solicitors / translating solicitor jargon into something I understand and giving me confidence that the sale is moving forward. Could not ask more from an estate agent :) kudos to Paul and the team.

GoogleNicola has been super helpful during our search. You can feel how professional she is and wants the best for both tenants and landlords - she got us viewings as soon as she had new listings, going extra hours and extra mile. She’s super understandable and acknowledges the sometimes grumpy request of customers. She’s also been super helpful for newcomers to London by giving tips on areas, offer process etc. Thanks again
