GoogleWe have just used Ludlow to purchase our new house. Our agent Jonathan has been helpful throughout the process, helping to coordinate with the seller for us and also accommodating requests such as to do an extra visit to take measurements for furniture, which was very much appreciated. I would recommend.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were in contact with Keith throughout the process of viewing a property, placing an offer and referencing. He was very helpful and put us at ease from day one. It is our first time dealing with an agency and he made the whole process enjoyable with his friendly helpful manner. He answered all of our questions promptly and we were never left waiting. Would recommend Ludlowthompson if you are planning to movePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe looked at a number of agencies in the area to sell our house. And Ludlow definitely presented far better than any other agent. The experience we have had and the communication with the agents has been excellent. Our agent Jonathan fully supported us and was fantastic from house showings to the legal process. I want to thank Jonathan, Gerard and the team. And would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their property in the area.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI would 100% recommend Ludlowthompson and particularly Robert from the Tooting Office! I have been renting in London for years, and LT is the first and only agency that I feel pleasant to work with! Robert had been very professional, proactive, informative and helpful throughout the whole process - not only helped me secure the flat but also attentive to my enquiries after the deal was done. Thank you Rob! Now having moved in for a month, the agency has also been very responsive and helpful. Good work and very trustworthy team!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleLudlow in Dulwich were fantastic - Stephen and the team were professional, precise and insightful. There was a clear gulf between Ludlow and the competition and I would highly recommend them to landlords looking to rent their properties in the Dulwich and the Crystal Palace area.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleLola was really great. I felt like she actually cares about one's needs and preferences, and really sent quality options. Definitely would go back to LudlowThompson again because of her, and glad that there are more human efforts out there rather than just transactional ones. GoogleI’m currently in the search for a flat to rent in London while I’m still abroad. I’m pleasantly surprised with the service, Lola, the agent who’s helping me, is providing. She’s super diligent, helpful and professional as well as friendly and honest. Other agents have always been slow and unprofessional. You can tell they care only about their commission and mot about helping you find a home. I don’t have a flat yet, but she’s definitely making sure I’ll find the right one. Thanks!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleLola was extremely helpful throughout our experience with LT. We were able to set up a viewing at very short notice and were then able to view at our own pace and leisure. All of our questions about the property were answered thoroughly. We also got great insights into the bid submission processes - prior to Lola’s help we were relatively clueless. This assistance extended after our evening viewing. We got an email detailing everything we needed to do, and some of the points that had been discussed at the property that evening. Despite not being interested in the property, we would definitely recommend LT.
