GoogleHighly recommend his letting agent. This is my first lease and I am not familiar with a lot of things. Michael Rourke was being extremely friendly and patient, and maintained a high level of service in the past 3 years

GoogleI had a great viewing experience with Richard today. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions and giving me plenty of time to look around. I felt at ease and am really grateful for all of his help.

GoogleManager Conor Bunn worked tirelessly on my behalf (seller of property) with an exceptional level of communication through the whole process. He also managed to sell the property to the first person who viewed it! Highly recommend him and LT>

GoogleI recently sold my flat with the help of LudlowThompson Oval, after initially being listed with another agent. The team regularly kept me up to date from early viewings, all the way to completion. Beth in particular did an excellent job

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS AGENCY - ST GEORGE'S UNIVERSITY Our party of students unfortunately made the mistake of renting a property through this 'agency'. The property was riddled with bedbugs, damp, and malfunctioning locks. We were completely ignored and taken lied to repeatedly. They are all over you until the moment you sign paperwork, at which point they vanish. Our property manager was Glyn, who was completely useless, and our agent was Rob, who was equally awful. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY You get what you pay for - Use a proper and reliable agencyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe would like to recommend LudlowThompson's Tooting office sales department. Our first encounter was with Jonathan who kindly spent ages with us talking us through the area, and providing background on prices etc. We were then introduced to Romina who did an amazing job of finding properties for us to review, and walking the streets of Tooting with us in the pouring rain, showing us as many properties as she could! Her enthusiasm, responsiveness, professionalism (and patience!) was amazing. Romina is also very knowledgeable about the area and is a real pleasure to deal with. We're now working with Mark in Sales Progression who is also exceeding our expectations with his responsiveness and professionalism. Thanks team for a great purchase experience!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleNothing but good things to say about these guys. I have had a long held belief that all estate agents were 'bad' but Ludlow Tooting has been a breath of fresh air. Responsive, very competent and very helpful. Thank you all and special thanks to Keith who has been especially good to us.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleOur original sale via an online agent fell through and we were at risk of losing our onward purchase if we didn't find another buyer soon. Having called around a few Tooting agents, Ludlowthompson were by far the most responsive, with a very competitive fee, and our flat listing went live within a few days of my first call to them. This quick turnaround was facilitated by Jonathan, our agent, who understood our circumstances and helped to find us a new buyer quickly. We thought we had already benefitted from the value of a traditional agent rather than an online one by the increased number of viewings and offer, but actually, the main reason I would never use an online agent again is the huge effort Jonathan put in from getting us from offer to exchange. We faced significant delays in exchanging due to various administrative issues with lenders and solicitors and Jonathan was exemplary in tirelessly chasing and pushing the process forward. It was extremely stressful at times but I never felt as though Jonathan could do any more than what he was doing. His communication was excellent, keeping in regular touch via email and phone so that we were always joined up on the latest status. I really couldn't recommend him and Ludlowthompson enough. Thank you!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
