GoogleRecently bought a flat through this company. Conor was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, he felt like an impartial advisor even though he was technically representing the seller. Everything felt above board and transparent, without him it would have been a much more stressful process. Highly recommend.

GoogleAs a buyer I had a couple of viewings with Richard Pedley, one of which he attended on his day off. He was always incredibly approachable and quick to reply to emails, providing assistance where he could. After having an offer accepted, Mark Williamson then managed the process through to completion. He was always very quick to answer queries and provided a vital link with the seller. Both made the entire process incredibly stress-free and I can't fault either at any stage!

Conor was the most helpful estate agent I’ve ever dealt with - really friendly and always happy to help. She has put me in touch with mortgage brokers so that I could understand my options and always followed up on any questions I have had on the properties. She has also been generally very understanding and patient, and never pushy on any properties.

GoogleWasted my time with them. Organised 2 separate viewings, and both got cancelled without me being notified until I was present at the viewing locations. Kept getting auto-generated emails that the viewings were still going ahead. Agents were hard to reach and not at all apologetic about my bad experience - kept emphasising how busy they were instead of just promising to do better. They even said after the first cancellation that it would never happen again but lo and behold - they managed to screw it up again by doing exactly the same thing! Seriously Ludlow get your affairs in order! If you are busy then hire more staff! It is not excusable to waste your customers' time! Other agencies I have worked with would explicitly tell me in advance if a viewing got cancelled, but in your case I got stood up twice in one week and a half-arsed apology from your agents, who gave me an attitude when I was voicing my discontent. I am spreading the word and will never approach Ludlow ever again! Avoid like the plague, particularly those on the Oval office, a bunch of incompetent and rude individuals.
