GoogleNothing but good things to say about these guys. I have had a long held belief that all estate agents were 'bad' but Ludlow Tooting has been a breath of fresh air. Responsive, very competent and very helpful. Thank you all and special thanks to Keith who has been especially good to us.

GoogleWas really struggling to find a house leading up to the restart of university in October and there was a lot of hassle with would-be housemates who were one foot in and one foot out which meant we had to view other potential properties that suited our re-adjusted requirements. I have to say Robert Lynch really patterned us! His patience and determination to find us somewhere is something that I really appreciate! We spent just over 2 months to find somewhere And he could’ve easily given up on us at the first hurdle but he’s not built like that! Massive respect to him!

GoogleConor was amazing from start to finish. He helped us along the process and kept us well informed of the status. Have finally exchanged. Would highly recommend Conor going forward. Thanks again Jonathan Adams managed our sale from beginning to end. His understanding and persistence on making sure this long drawn out process eventually resulted in the sale of the flat. His communication between all involved parties was fantastic and clear. Jonathan truly went above and beyond to ensure exchange and completion. Thanks, Alvin

GoogleAvoid dealing with this agency at all costs. I was told I'd underpaid my deposit, only to find out they can't use a calculator and then it took a month to wrangle the excess money back from them. Maintenance work labelled as essential by the independent check-in document wasn't carried out for a month and a half after moving in, pest infestations were not dealt with, names were misspelled on official documents, calls and emails are ignored. Nothing but frustration trying to communicate with this company. EDIT: experiencing their incompetence during the move-out process has been equally stressful. No communication, lack of understanding of their own processes, inability to check or read their own documents and a sudden silence when they're due to return the deposit. Incredibly shady people.

GoogleLola was an absolute hero at helping me rent my property out. She made the process as easy for me as possible, and she found renters in record time, even before the pictures went live online! Would definitely recommend Ludlow & Thompson for lettings.

GoogleDisclaimer that I haven't actually rented yet through them, but I was impressed on 2 viewings by the same agent, Chris, who was friendly, seemed to anticipate my questions and didn't rush me, and provided clear assurances about how much time he reckoned I had to decide about things. A lot of clarity given.
