GoogleI had a fantastic viewing experience with Chris Jones from the Islington branch. My requirements were pretty specific, and he took the time to understand what I was looking for, before showing me a range of properties that completely fitted the bill. He was very knowledgeable and professional, but friendly too, making a usually arduous process a pleasure. Will be recommending Chris to friends also on the search for a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had a great experience viewing properties to buy with James Garnett as he ensured all viewings were carried out safely during the pandemic. In addition, he listened to my criteria and put forward other potential possibilities which led to further viewings at short notice as I had a time constraint to staying in London. Moreover, my queries were always answered in good time, providing a professional and personal touch which is an invaluable part of the service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI wanted to thank Stephen and the team at LudlowThompson for their work in finding tenants for my flat. When some tenants who had been lined up by another agency unexpectedly fell through, Stephen and the team were quick to get on to the case and found some new ones who signed for a longer period. He also proactively engaged with the contracts to get all the necessary certificates through.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAlthough it took us quite a while to manage to speak with someone about a flat we wanted to enquire about on the phone, we were booked in for a viewing with Chris Lockwood. He was the most professional, friendly, helpful and informative agent we met throughout all our viewings with other companies. He definitely is a Great asset to this company and owns what he does! Thank you for your help, keep it up! S & J

GoogleAmirah was so fantastic to deal with, from the moment we linked up she really was on the case to help me find a place to live, especially compared to some other companies who I either never heard back from or just didn't seem in a rush to help. She was great at communication, arranged viewings super quick and kept on searching when something wasn't quite right. Thank you Amirah!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe best!!! The wonderful team at LudlowThompson - especially Amirah - who was super supportive and adaptable for me as I am a key worker and cannot make 9-5 viewings so she came late/weekends. So appreciated. The communication was excellent, fast and through various channels for ease. Cannot fault them and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants an easy home move situation without the usual drama/hard sell/intense chasing calls. Got me out of a situation into a stunning flat which I feel very lucky to have!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had an incredibly smooth journey in purchasing my first property. Massive thank you to Emma and Natalie for being so informative, responsive and clear with me. From the first call, Emma was very helpful, immediately setting up a property viewing and finding other great properties in the area that were in line with my budget. Then at the viewing Natalie was very informative of the building/area/renovation work. Since then they have both been quickly responsive (even on the weekend!) and positive throughout the negotiations. Thank you for reducing my stress-levels during a very anxiety-provoking time!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleEstate/Letting agents often get a bad rap but I was completely surprised by LT when purchasing our first property. Where other agents were unresponsive, unreliable and unfriendly, LT were empathetic, reactive and efficient. The star of the show is Romina, who met us for our first viewing and stayed with us all the way through to completion, often having information before our solicitors and staying patient with our daily 21 Q’s. Considering she was contracted by and working for the seller, I think it’s a testament to the stellar service she provides, always keeping us in the loop and devoting equal time to our side of the purchase as well the vendors. She’s an absolute asset to LT Tooting and made our first flat purchase not only smooth, but special. Thank you Romina.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
