I worked with Aaron Nundloll, I was a prospective first time buyer. He showed me several properties one of which I fell in love with. He has guided me through the entire experience, plotted each step for me. As a first time buyer it is all very overwhelming but with his assistance he managed the communications between myself and seller and it was all done on a very friendly basis keeping in mind there were many delays in lock-down. By keeping the communication between parties flowing he help keep the sale of the my home on track and we have secured my perfect first home. I am super happy with the result.

We were in contact with Keith throughout the process of viewing a property, placing an offer and referencing. He was very helpful and put us at ease from day one. It is our first time dealing with an agency and he made the whole process enjoyable with his friendly helpful manner. He answered all of our questions promptly and we were never left waiting. Would recommend Ludlowthompson if you are planning to movePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

It was a pleasure working with Ingrid Martin in the search for a flat that suited my partner and my needs and taste. I really appreciated her attention to detail, she was sure to ask the right questions pertaining to our preferences on style and features in a property. She took extra care to show us properties that met our detailed specifications, and not just any old flat that sort of fit the bill. I felt like her desire to help us find a place that we would love was genuine. Ingrid is an upbeat, attentive, and enjoyable agent to work with at the islington branch!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We had a great experience as first time buyers with Neil Marrinan from the Islington office. He showed us around a few properties and while we did not ultimately purchase one of these, Neil was the most helpful agent we worked with and did a brilliant job of showing us around potential properties, explaining the process to us clearly and following up. It was a pleasure to work with him and we would recommend him to anyone!

Terrible terrible experience. I look for a rental property, and I've been calling them since the moment that the property appeared on the website. I created account to request viewing and called over 10 times. Each time been promised to be called back in few minutes. Noone ever called. Only 3 days after on the 15th call I've been told that the property is not available anymore. They chose to constantly ignore me and not respond to a single request. Very bad experience.

Very thorough process. Charles was very professional and accommodating when organising our viewing. The property videos and pre-approval process show that they care about both the buyer and seller. Would definitely work with Charles in the future.
