GoogleGood first experience with Natalie. She was professional, friendly, and seemed to take my criteria into account when suggesting alternative properties. She wasn't pushy either so definitely one of the better experiences I've had with estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDealt with Natalie Grazioli, who was super professional and helpful with my property search. She was very responsive, and went out her way to accommodate late viewing times. She wasn't pushy at all and put in a lot of time to provide all the relevant information I needed regarding a property, so that I could make an informed decision. Thank you.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleNatalie has been an amazing help in our first steps at finding a property in East London. Very impressed with her prompt replies to our emails, her professionalism on viewings, and by her 'going the extra mile' - not something we have experienced with many other agents. Thank you Natalie - we look forward to continuing to work with you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy partner and I had the privilege of working with Joao. I came into this experience having rented in London in the past, and have had many dealings with numerous estate agents. Many of those previous experiences were disappointing, unprofessional, or just painful. Joao is a real professional. Regardless of the situation he worked extremely hard to make sure we were taken care of, and remained very composed and professional throughout the experience. He made himself flexible and available to us. No renting situation is without its hardships or difficulties, but Joao handled them with level-headedness and kindness, and did everything he could to help. Thank you Joao!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I am so grateful to you all for your hard work and making the sale as painless as possible (I still got stressed but you all helped me). Merry Christmas Adam

GoogleA great estate agent covering properties in Oval and Stockwell. Beth Cooter arranged various viewings for me and showed a wide range of properties. Having seen a couple of different properties enabled to review my requirements and Beth has always been professional and a pleasure to work with. Can highly recommend Beth very much and wish her all the best in her career.
