GoogleKirsty was extremely professional and helpful throughout my sales process, from initial viewings and advice up until I received offers. Ludlow Oval work well as a team and adapted easily to the Covid-19 situation as it evolved, meaning I was able to arrange viewings efficiently despite changing regulations. Once I received an offer I wanted to accept, Mark was diligent in helping my sale progress, even stepping in to give extra help when the conveyancing process was slow. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Ludlow Oval sales team. They give pragmatic advice and support to make the sales process as stress-free as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI phoned up to book a flat viewing with Ludlowthompson in the afternoon and was able get one the same day in the evening. I was shown around by Daniel Scott who was very welcoming and professional. I really liked his style which wasn't too pushy but was able to answer all of my questions. He was also patient while I took videos and measured the flat with a tape measure! I would definitely recommend Ludlowthompson to anyone looking to move.

GoogleAshley has been fantastic from the first contact I made with him through to efficiently arranging a viewing for a property, his knowledge of the area and market and being so helpful and friendly during the viewing itself helping me to take measurements of the rooms during the viewing where I wanted to double check against the floor plan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley to be your point of contact if you're interested in property in the area covered by the Oval office.

Until Omar picked up the telephone: he was able to answer my questions, as promised responded to my email and was very professional. GoogleI booked to view three flats with ludlowthompson and I was greeted by Beth in two of them at the door of the property, bang on time, ready and keen to take me through the viewing of the flats I was interested in. Beth has this inviting, captivating smile and energy. She was very easy to talk to, keen to help and was able answer most of my questions in regards to the property. And for those that she couldn’t she immediately emailed all the details the day after from the office. What I also appreciated was the follow up after the viewing a few days later and the continuous attempt to assist with suggestions of potential properties based on my criteria and most importantly my needs. I dont usually write reviews, and don’t know much about ludlowthompson, but what I certainly felt is that I was well looked after in the best possible way and that was thanks to Beth in particular. Thank you Beth. Best of luck in your career. PauloPositiveResponsiveness
