Lenwell provide a great service. They are professional in approach and very easy to work with. There are so many bad agents out there, but in comparison, Lenwell are a different level. My key points of contact (Richard and Andrew) are clearly good at their jobs, polite, and robust in their approach. As a landlord, this is key. My tenants have said theat their experience is the same. They feel safe and secure in having Lenwell maintain the properties. Moving my portfolio to Lenwell is the best thing I've done, and long overdue.

Had to move home in quite short order recently after a split from my wife. The staff i dealt with at the agency were very polite, courteous, professional and most importantly during this time, patient. they were able to hook me up very quickly with a beautiful one bedroom flat for a very reasonable price. a fast, friendly and easy experience all round and ,should i have to move again in the near future, i will be knocking on their door once again.

After having a phone call with most agents in Dunstable; Kelly Hamilton from Lenwell was the only one who gave me the advice I needed for letting, when the time comes I will definitely be going back to her for more advice; I found she knew all the information that I needed to know and helped me a huge amount.... she took me through loads of new experiences and gave me loads of confidence in housing with this agency.
