I was pleased with the service given by Malik in Lenwell. He was attentive & efficient. I was happy to have Malik as my agent for a property I have just let a a tenant. He always answered queries, and did his best to find out what was needed. I felt he was experienced, and knew what he was doing, which gave me confidence in his ability. But even better than that, he also made sure he was doing the right thing, eg by going through a checklist when the agreement was signed. He was professional and helpful. I also liked the teamwork in the Lenwell office in Luton. If Malik wasn't there, someone else could usually answer a query.

Lenwell have been managing our property while we are living abroad. They keep us uptl to date with things and the rent arrives on time every month. When there is a probelm they contact us immediately and deal with it accordingly.

I'd just like to say how amazing these two were. When it came to a massive hurdle Ruth must have worked in overdrive to sort is out and that she did, outstanding and we are very grateful. Polite, professional and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more. I also mention Hannah as when Ruth wasn't available (no doubt doing an equally great job for someone else) Hannah was always there to answer any queries and also made it to our viewing on late notice. All in all fantastic job by the ladies and we couldn't have asked for more. GOOD WORK!

Northampton Branch when you can access staff does very well, phone issues and short staffed. That is down to Head Office which is archaic, due to the owner. Depends, when new tenants money is paid, when you as a landlord get paid, can be over a week.s delay. Would have given a higher rating to the Branch and a lower one to HO

We make payments without fail every Thursday for money we've received up to and including Wednesday. As a multi-landlord I value the prompt and thoughtful letting service from the Negotiators managed by Richard in the Luton Office. The Property Management team based at Luton are also excellent. I really could praise them all but I particularly deal with Kellie, Julia and Lisa. They are pro-active and I value their advice and opinions especially when there are problems. When we have had problems either with a property maintenance issue or on a few occasions with a tenant, the staff have been a great help to me. Customer service is very well managed by Andrew who is also up to date with all the many and changing regulations which beset the private landlord. Ted C

Been with Lenwell some 7 years as an overseas landlord. We have been disappointed with how some of the managing of routine matters have been dealt with over the years and by particular individuals who either do not seem to care too much about their role/job or do not understand property management functions as you work on behalf of the landlord. Then came Adam a few years ago who was a go getter and resolved all issues immediately and gave good sound advise, very helpful. Now we have Simon who is a very responsive and practical "just do it" kind of person. Had to opportunity to meet in person and he is an asset to Lenwell, please make sure you hold on to this staff. Lenwell should adopt multi tasking personal advisors instead of having these multiple positions of which some staff appear not to be familiar with their, landlords, their positions and duties what it takes to work with a landlord, in the simplest ways.. That said I am okay with the service received, As a property manager and business owner myself who worked at a top level in the social housing industry, I very much identify gaps and easily see where there is room for improvement with customer interface, very, small details that will make a difference. From my very first contact with Lenwell, Bedford I knew I was dealing with a dedicated team of professionals with an unrivalled knowledge of the local lettings market. I had previously contacted a number of local agents and was disappointed with the service given. Rather than listen to my needs they were more interested in selling whatever they had on the market. Lenwell understood exactly what I was looking for and worked with me to secure the right properties for my buy to let portfolio. Within days of purchasing the properties Lenwell had interviewed a number of prospective tenants before advising me on the most suitable. I could not have wished for better service and I am now working with Lenwell to expand my BTL portfolio in Bedford.
