GoogleGot to be the worse letting agency out there, rude behaviour, with no professionalism whatsoever, letting agent Katy tried hard selling no deposit scheme. If you don’t use it and want to go on a traditional deposit route then you are not preferred. Agent is so unprofessional that they are not even remotely interested in offering anything else knowing the fact Im still on a lookout for a property. Will be reporting to Ombudsman for breach of the Tenancy Fees Act.
