My foray into being a tenant for the first time was interesting! I walked around Hove and spoke to 11 lettings agents, of them - Kate at King & Chasemore was by far the most helpful, friendly and genuinely made me feel she had time to talk to me. I returned from my travels a month later and went straight back to her, she found me the most fabulous basement flat in Hove and the rest is history! Would rate this a zero if I could! Absolutely appalling customer service. Repair reports went ignored for months. Left without a boiler for 3 weeks in winter and got told I was allowed reimbursement and then they never followed through. You have to constantly chase them for responses if you even get them. Waited for deposit to be returned 2 months later after having to be forced to seek outside assistance.

I put my property on the market with Saltdean branch. Staff were very professional and proactive in selling my property. I got an offer early January and all appeared to be going smoothly and plan was to move mid April .... until the Pandemic hit us. A lot of downs( not many ups) a bumpy road with extremely high pressure. BUT I was supported throughout by the lovely Susie Virgo.
