GoogleAndy & Robyn have been dealing with a let for my mother, who is relocating from Cornwall. They have been absolutely fantastic, extremely professional and really helpful. I would definitely recommend using King & Chasemore in Midhurst, they are the best!

Thank you all for your support and friendship over that time. GoogleThe agency in hove, were lovely Hannah was brill thoughout our time. However countrywide as a company have been truly terrible. They didn't return my deposit after 2 months "as it hadnt been changed over." They claimed that we had paid late and this effected a mortgage application, when it was a "mistake" there end. Of course, no apology. Customer service from the accounts team again was awful, I rang everyday for a week without any response. The actual estate agents where lovely but I just couldn't recommend countrywide to anyone.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy foray into being a tenant for the first time was interesting! I walked around Hove and spoke to 11 lettings agents, of them - Kate at King & Chasemore was by far the most helpful, friendly and genuinely made me feel she had time to talk to me. I returned from my travels a month later and went straight back to her, she found me the most fabulous basement flat in Hove and the rest is history! I highly recommend King & Chasemore in Hove; Kate, Hannah and Zoe have all been quick to respond to my queries, helpful with advice and have a good sense of humour when it is needed. Thank you to the whole team, I am genuinely grateful for your help.

GoogleKeith mitten and chris made our dream come true ,we went after a house they were selling and they made sure we sold ours and got the one we wanted , it was always my dream to have chickens and grow vegetables they made sure I got my dream , they are both top class gentlemen , you cant go wrong letting them sell your house for you they will look after you till the endPositiveQuality

GoogleUnbelievably poor service, I’m sure they will try and sweep it under the carpet but they know how poor they’ve been. If they want to deny wrong doing that is fine, I have everything documented from dates/times and I am currently contacting head office to inform them of our experience of the Chichester branch.

GoogleThey make you feel like contacting them is a burden on their job. Response time is terrible and they are hesitant to commit to anything in writing. Never again will I use their services. Others may have experienced a fantastic service, however, I personally did not. GoogleWould rate this a zero if I could! Absolutely appalling customer service. Repair reports went ignored for months. Left without a boiler for 3 weeks in winter and got told I was allowed reimbursement and then they never followed through. You have to constantly chase them for responses if you even get them. Waited for deposit to be returned 2 months later after having to be forced to seek outside assistance.
