GoogleWe can't speak highly enough of how great Kaylie and Sam at King & Chasemore Saltdean were in supporting us throughout our purchase. It definitely wouldn't have been possible to get through in the 6 week time-line without Kaylie's hard work and dedicated follow up. She provided proactive solutions to facilitate our purchase, especially fundemental during the difficult times of lockdown 3. Kaylie communicated clearly with solicitors and surveyors alike, always professional, calming and with a good sense of humour. We would highly recommend Kaylie, she thoroughly deserving of a five star rating!

The team was great - very understanding of the difficulties we faced in managing the move and receiving deliveries in our absence. They made all the difference and certainly made us comfortable that everything was being done right, at the right time. GoogleWe first dealt with the Saltdean office 6 or so years ago but unfortunately things did not go as well as hoped at the time. Therefore, when we decided to put our house on the market earlier this year we were hesitant to go with King & Chasemore. However, on the basis of a neighbour's experience, and the fact that we've known Susie (who is always great) since first dealing with the office, we decided to go with them this time. And sure enough, they found us a buyer even before photos of our house went online and not only that, as we'd already viewed a property they were marketing which we wanted, we actually agreed the sale and purchase on the same day! Further, with the Saltdean office team's help, we completed the process in 3 months meaning we're in our new house in time for Christmas! So definitely recommended and our thanks to Susie, Sam and Kayleigh for our early Christmas present!PositiveProfessionalism

From the initial viewing, through to the contract management it has all be done in a friendly and professional manner, this included the management of the additional health and safety aspects required during a national lockdown. GoogleI can't recommend King & Chasemore enough. We found and sorted our new property in about a day thanks to the precious help of Fin and Paula! Communication was great throughout, by email and by phone. We were never left in the dark and everything went so smoothly.
