GoogleAmazing service with really great support. We were moving from London to Brighton during the pandemic and Paula, Fin and Adam have all been super supportive and patient. When stuck in traffic on check-in day, they even waited an extra two hours just to give us the key! Paula has been amazing at communicating via both telephone and email, she was really friendly and kind when answering all of our questions and has kept us informed all the way through. Her positivity has been an absolute blessing during a time of so much uncertainty and since we've arrived everything has been perfect so far! They are polite, friendly, responsive, and most importantly, there to put your needs first. My primary contact, Paula, at King and Chasemore has always been available to answer any questions or worries via phone or email whenever I've needed it. And on the odd occasion she was unavailable, any other member of the team was happy to help with any request. GoogleThe agency in hove, were lovely Hannah was brill thoughout our time. However countrywide as a company have been truly terrible. They didn't return my deposit after 2 months "as it hadnt been changed over." They claimed that we had paid late and this effected a mortgage application, when it was a "mistake" there end. Of course, no apology. Customer service from the accounts team again was awful, I rang everyday for a week without any response. The actual estate agents where lovely but I just couldn't recommend countrywide to anyone.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI rarely leave reviews as I seldom experience anything that is deserving however I have recently moved in to a property that i have let from the office in Church road Hove and the service I received from start to finish was fantastic. All staff members I had communication with were friendly and professional and made the process so easy. They went out of their way to assist me with all my queries promptly and I felt like they actually cared. I have a small dog which makes it very difficult to find a nice property. Instead of saying .."no sorry cant help" as Id experienced with ALL other agencies who had treated me like I had a contagious disease because I had a pet!... they negotiated with a prospectve landlord on my behalf and found me a lovely property for us both. I cant thank them enough! They are a great bunch of caring people who went out of their way to find me my new home. Well done Team...exceptional service!

Before we moved in, they quickly organised the re-decoration we requested and when our fridge didn't work, they had a new one ordered and sent to us in less than a week. GoogleI've been delighted with my experience of King & Chasemore. At the viewing stage, Kate Thomson arranged a viewing promptly and addressed any questions I had. She was then helpful and attentive when I received the contract and agreed the lease. Once I moved in, she was prompt in her response to some repairs that needed doing and ensured these were resolved without delay. In general, Kate has been lovely to work with and I'm very happy with her management of my flat.
