GoogleThis is the first time I have used King & Chasemore Crawley for finding a property to rent however the team is very friendly, attentive, organized and make the best efforts to get things rolling as quickly and effortlessly as possible. I would like to thank Cloe Colins in particular in all the hard work she has done. Although I haven't been able to view the property I have complete confidence in that there are no unknown issues with the flat, and if any where to arise they would be dealt with swiftly and professionally. The tenants they found had all the relevant checks done and they did verything to the point of moving it. The whole team has been incredible, the communication has been so clear and easy throughout the whole process, any problems we had were straightened out immediately and we were kept up to date until moving day. GoogleAlthough i was pleased with the initial services. The company made a significant error that meant i did not receive my money for many weeks. I was fair and patient throughout the process but was told at the end that i would receive no compensation although it caused a significant inconvenience and resulted in a great deal of time wasted. Its a shame because otherwise i would have most likely used them for various properties.NegativeProfessionalism

Being a large company means that I sometimes have to deal with a number of different people which can be confusing at times especially if you want a response on something specific or you want a little more attention to detail.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHighly recommended estate agents who 'walked the talk'. Joshua Fermer restored my faith in estate agents and delivered on everything that he promised, plus. Joshua was professional, amiable and made me feel comfortable, always listening to any of my concerns regarding selling with an openness and interpersonal skills that are often lacking. I was kept informed throughout what can be an arduous and difficult process, communication throughout was excellent and the sale went smoothly. My mother was unwell and he even remembered to check in with me regarding her health as they met when I was first appointing an estate agent. He went out of his way to help me when I was unable to move my remaining possessions prior to exchange and not only packed them but stored them for me. I cannot thank him enough and his team for how kind they were when I was struggling to get everything organised myself remotely.
