Very disappointed in their service provided. Did not do their job correctly, did not check property was being kept to standard required in tenant contract. Messed up end of last tenant contract costing me money to repair damage done by tenant. Poor communication. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Poor customer service. They know that they have made mistakes but have made no attempt to fix this. All in all I would not recommend this estate agent if you are looking to rent out your property.
