GoogleHad a viewing scheduled for 11am at Royal Mansions. Lettings agent didn't show up. Called at 11.10am, the administrator said he was "chatting to the tenants" and would be another 5 minutes. The Letting's agent himself then called, clearly still in the office and said he was just leaving now and would be another 15 minutes.... I don't mind people being late but don't be dishonest about it. Not a good look, RyanNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI could not fault Shaun Egan and his team from my first contact until completion today. If I have a criticism it is not with them but with King & Chasemore which presumably as a matter of policy asks them to recommend HS Lawyers with the bribe of free photography. In hindsight I should have paid the £200 for the photographer and used my own solicitor. When Shaun and I realised that real pressure had to be put on the lawyers to get moving Shaun backed me up every inch of the way and did his share of chasing and checking until completion

GoogleAfter a really terrible time with estate agents ( that has spanned over several years!) dealing with Kings & Chasemore, specifically Melanie Cook & Olivia Gamble, has been a breath of fresh air!! Both are warm, friendly and genuinely thoughtful. Communication with Olivia has been clear, fast and efficient. Contact with Melanie has been stress-free, helpful and productive. I’ve never dealt with an Estate agent & their employees that hasn’t been a frustrating experience in some way, there tends to be a lack of care but this experience has been completely different. From notifying us when the property came back onto the market, to steering us through the negotiation and conveyancing process , everything was handled with professionalism and understanding. They kept calm and level-headed when faced with several curveballs (HM Land Registry issues, our difficult buyer and her archaic solicitor)! James and Shaun know the market and the process inside out which was invaluable. Highly recommended.
