I would like to share my experience as a customer of King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, I moved to worthing a little over 1 year ago and I remember that at the time I was looking for a rental property, I was new in the country, I was learning the language Anyway, I'm still KKK, but I wanted to find a cozy place to receive my family. That's when my property search saga began, I've been to all the rental companies and for me it was a big disappointment. It was what impressed me the most and to reach this feeling was the bad service, I felt despised and discriminated against, a “cold” service. I entered the MJ agency and asked the realtor to show me a property that had been advertised, I will never forget this episode, he told me he could only show me the property after checking my documents. I wonder if after he checked and i didn't like the property? I am a journalist with expertise in marketing and advertising, I know very well that smart and modern companies bet on a "great" service. Taking you, as a customer, to a unique and magical experience, strengthening bonds and relationships. Mainly in the real estate sector where people are not simply looking for a place to live, but a property to be their home, the comfort of their family. It was then that I met King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, through REBECCA, where at all times, from the first contact she received, she received me very well! In this search I was insecure, scared, confused, hahaha, it was a mixture of feelings, I was looking for a HOME to receive my family that I love so much, my wife, my 2 children, Joaquim, 9, and Joao Vitor, 8. But REBECCA, with its kindness, provided me with security, tranquility, perhaps my client profile at the time was not in accordance with the standards of the company or the lessor, but even so, Rebecca treated me generously and with that she gave me this Wonderful experience with King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing. I am extremely grateful to the team at the Longridge Avenue branch for their expertise and professionalism during the marketing of my flat in Saltdean. My first contact was with Susie, who visited me at home and immediately showed she knew a lot about the block itself and its legacy issues. She knew about the other flats that had sold in the block and the prices they had achieved. This gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to manage the sale. After signing up to use King and Chasemore, everything ran very smoothly. My flat attracted many viewings and I was really impressed with Meghan and Kaylie in terms of their communication and their knowledge. I received an appropriate amount of notice that a viewing was booked in and lots of good follow-up information. When the offers did come in they helped me to understand them and were patient with me while I considered them. After a change in circumstances - and my decision to take the flat off the market - we received an offer of the full asking price, which was great. But unfortunately I was no longer in a position to consider it. I have been through a lot personally over the last couple of years and the ladies dealt with me kindly and courteously throughout the process, reacting extremely well when I told them of my decision not to sell at this juncture. In the coming months I hope to rent the flat out and, given my experience from the sales team, I would use their rental services without hesitation. When I come to sell I would be quick to call upon them once again. Thank you to the King and Chasemore team - I would recommend your services to any prospective vendors or buyers out there.
