GoogleJust started renting a property through King & Chasemore and I wanna mention one of the agents "Cloe Collins", who was very helpful and guided us through the process via phone calls and emails with patience. It was like talking to a friend. She is a lady of refreshing candor. They are professionals at what they do and treat their clients with respect and attention.

GoogleWhilst browsing properties in the Crawley area, i had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca Webb at the King & Chasemore branch. Rebecca’s vast knowledge of her portfolio and properties was very impressive and i left the branch feeling very informed and excited/interested in a few of their properties. I would highly recommend a trip to king & chasemore in Crawley if you’re either a landlord or tenant. The staff there are very informed and professional. 5 stars from me.

Their professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, support, kindness and patience has shone through every step of my house sale, and they deserve to be recognised for their service excellence. If your looking for an estate agent with competent and caring staff then look no further. They will give you an honest valuation on your property, find you serious buyers and will guide you calmly through the selling process to completion. As we know, not all estate agents are the same, so it’s important to choose the right one. I had a bad experience with my original choice of estate agents, and then instructed King & Chasemore … and I’m very pleased I did! Simply brilliant 🤩

GoogleWe were looking to rent out our Turners Hill property in 2019 and approached King & Chasemore to potentially provide a managed service. I was contacted by Andrew Hill who was very informative and pro-active. Unfortunately for Andrew we let out the property directly to a neighbour at the time. Andrew remained in contact intermittently whilst the property was let out. Our tenants gave notice to leave in November 2021 and I contacted Andrew to discuss managing the property rental. After discussions and meetings we subsequently agreed to contract King and Chasemore and use their Fully Managed Service. We agreed to use King and Chasemore based on the professionalism of the staff we have dealt with at King & Chasemore namely Andrew, Becky, Cloe and Bethany. The property was let out before an advert was even placed. Unfortunately the tenants had to cancel at the last minute. Within 30 minutes of an advert going out new tenants were in contact and signed up. We would, based on our experience to date, thoroughly recommend Andrew Hill and his team at King & Chasemore in Crawley.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been a tenant with King & Chasemore for 10 years. They manage the property I rent from my Landlord who lives overseas. Becky in lettings is amazing. Her annual visits aren’t just to check on the property but she is always so genuinely interested and caring towards us as well. Far too many businesses & people nowadays lack the personal attention, not King & Chasemore. I highly recommend them for tenants and Landlords alike.

GoogleWe have recently viewed and been accepted to rent a property through King and Chasemore. We had Andy show us around the property and he has been helping us ever since with all the paperwork and so on. If you get Andy showing you around and helping you, you are in luck he has been extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful throughout!

GoogleWe have been using King Chasemore for two decades for 3 of our properties in Crawley. The team is very helpful and informative, especially Becky who has been there for long time and talk me thru all the steps that I need to do. When the transition from my late husband who used to dealt with her and forwarded to me, It has been quite challenging for me but Becky and Andrew made all the things so easy! from handling the paperwork, finding good tenants, increasing the rental income and suggesting what the best for me to decide. I cant thank you enough for what they done. They not only make you welcome and are really on your side as a landlord: that what's you need the most. Thank you guys..

GoogleI have dealt with King and Chasemore for a number of years, and each time the service has been very professional. However, my latest experience was with Becky and she is amazing! not only is she a lively and bubbly person, but she also maintains absolute professionalism and has managed to get my little list of requested repairs sorted in a very timely manner. i can honestly say, she made the whole experience of rent inspection a more enjoyable one (if that's possible!). She has kept me informed every step of the way and has always been the first to reach out and chase up anything-not once have i had to chase her. Thanks to her, the Michelangelo art-piece i have on my ceilings from a previous leak will now be painted over, and i cannot say i will miss it! THANK YOU!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
