GoogleEven though I didn’t end up buying a property via King & Chasemore, I would definitely recommend them. Lulu showed me around a number of properties and helped me to figure what I was looking for. Her friendly, approachable manner mixed with an excellent depth of knowledge about properties in the local area helped me to feel much more relaxed as a first time buyer. She never made me feel like any question was too small/silly and that aided me in looking around other properties and knowing what to ask.

GoogleI would highly recommend Amelia at King and Chasemore for Lettings. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. GoogleWasted my whole afternoon unfortunately. This agent did not have the correct keys to the first flat and the 2nd flat had no outside space, which I clearly specified was essential. There was a long wait for the first viewing when wrong keys provided, so no access and 2 hours again till the 2nd pointless viewing. Sometimes things go amiss, but this was thoughtless and inconsiderate ovetall.

GoogleApologies for not remembering the names of all the staff involved but everything was done when it was said it would be done and nobody had to be chased or was out of touch due to some spurious holiday. So in short. A nice fella viewed, valued and arranged photos in a couple days. Got a handful of appropriate buyers in within a week and got exactly the offer required from a really good buyer. Then Anthony took up the sales progression and between our legals and the buyer we all got along and got it done and resolved any issues in a timely and reasonable manner. Im a professional landlord and I will use these guys again.

GoogleThe agents at King and Chasemore have been wonderful during the process of selling my house. In particular Rebecca, Harry and Amy have all done so much to help. They have all kept in touch regularly, handled any questions quickly and efficiently and gone out of their way to make things run smoothly. Even staying late on some days just to accommodate viewings which has been so appreciated. I would highly recommend them for selling a property.
