GoogleFirstly I would like to thank Nikki and Ed for the help in selling our family home, Ed came and did the first lot of paperwork and then Nikki took over and I can tell you it was stress free it took three months to sell. The team were friendly and very helpful I would recommend these to anyone who is wishing to sell there home.5 huge stars

GoogleNikki and Ed were 1st class in the purchase of our new home. Their communication was excellent during this transition period and were always helpful with our requests. Their prompt and efficient handling of any issue that arose was excellent, as was their communication with us at all times throughout the purchase process. GoogleNikki was extremely professional from the get go. She was very informative when showing us the house in a friendly yet professional manner and gave us plenty of time to view; there was no sense of being rushed. All through the purchase process she has been very helpful and also very understanding when there was a hiccup our end - which was not local to Bognor Regis. If Nikki wasn't available Ed was also extremely helpful and knew where we were in the process. All in all an excellent experience and I would recommend this branch to anyone locally aiming to sell their property.

Getting in, issues during, and then when moving out the team were accomodating, understanding and Andy especially went above and beyond to make the whole process as stress free as possible. Even with last minute cleaner cancellations. 100% recommend

GoogleKing and Chasemore Chichester has offered me a brilliant service with my tenancy agreement from the beginning. Both Jess and Olivia have been FANTASTIC! They they responded to all my requests/questions within a quick turn around time. They both kept me updated about my tenancy reference checks and other admin related queries. I can't recommend them enough. I have only had a wonderful experience with the whole team at King and Chasemore.
