GoogleGot to say that they were excellent. Alicia in the office at Worthing was constantly contacting the legal teams and purchaser to resolve issues which could delay the chain and regularly updating me on the progress. Would have been a trickier process without that attention to detail I am sure.

GoogleI would like to share my experience as a customer of King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, I moved to worthing a little over 1 year ago and I remember that at the time I was looking for a rental property, I was new in the country, I was learning the language Anyway, I'm still KKK, but I wanted to find a cozy place to receive my family. That's when my property search saga began, I've been to all the rental companies and for me it was a big disappointment. It was what impressed me the most and to reach this feeling was the bad service, I felt despised and discriminated against, a “cold” service. I entered the MJ agency and asked the realtor to show me a property that had been advertised, I will never forget this episode, he told me he could only show me the property after checking my documents. I wonder if after he checked and i didn't like the property? I am a journalist with expertise in marketing and advertising, I know very well that smart and modern companies bet on a "great" service. Taking you, as a customer, to a unique and magical experience, strengthening bonds and relationships. Mainly in the real estate sector where people are not simply looking for a place to live, but a property to be their home, the comfort of their family. It was then that I met King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing, through REBECCA, where at all times, from the first contact she received, she received me very well! In this search I was insecure, scared, confused, hahaha, it was a mixture of feelings, I was looking for a HOME to receive my family that I love so much, my wife, my 2 children, Joaquim, 9, and Joao Vitor, 8. But REBECCA, with its kindness, provided me with security, tranquility, perhaps my client profile at the time was not in accordance with the standards of the company or the lessor, but even so, Rebecca treated me generously and with that she gave me this Wonderful experience with King & Chasemore Sales and Letting Agents Worthing. GoogleKing & Chasmore Worthing have been my go to agent for over a decade, providing me with their valuable knowledge, expertise and assistance with my properties. They are dedicated, reliable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I trust in them and they are very efficient and good at keeping me updated. Special praise for Jessica, she's the lady I have most contact with. What I really appreciate is the amount of time they give to me, I never feel like just another customer, I feel that they actually care about meeting my needs. They take pride in their job and although I'm demanding they are are always supportive. I love their friendly, approachable manner, they remain professional but as a customer I see it as a relationship and I want to feel valued, respected and understood. I have a lovely working relationship with them and therefore for all these reasons I highly recommend them

GoogleFor the past few years I have rented out my property through King and Chasemore lettings and I haven’t got a bad thing to say about the service. Always found stress free tenants and were on hand with any questions I had. Recently I sold the property through their sales team and I’ve got to say the service was the exact same! Chris conducted all of the viewings and Alisa and Connor were always there to make the sale easy, quick and painless. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling or letting!

She was very informative when showing us the house in a friendly yet professional manner and gave us plenty of time to view; there was no sense of being rushed. All through the purchase process she has been very helpful and also very understanding when there was a hiccup our end - which was not local to Bognor Regis. If Nikki wasn't available Ed was also extremely helpful and knew where we were in the process. All in all an excellent experience and I would recommend this branch to anyone locally aiming to sell their property.
