GoogleThe lettings team have been so helpful throughout this whole process. Honestly, one of the best teams we have had in all our 10 years of renting. They were quick to answer any queries, super friendly and made the whole experience stress free especially when we have a very young baby. Thank you!

GoogleKathryn Tidbury was the Lettings Co-Ordinator we dealt with. She was very warm and friendly and made my Wife and I + our daughters very relaxed from the outset, from viewing the property and throughout the entire rental process. She was professional and has a wonderful sense of kindness to her character and was always very willing to help in a diligent manner with clear information. Overall, this made our experience very positive. She represented the K&C company very well and we really do appreciate her help.

GoogleI’ve grown up in Brighton since I moved here in ‘99. So, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with Brighton & Hove letting agents over the past dozen years. But I can honestly say that King & Chasemore are by far the most helpful, charming, approachable, caring, and, inter alia, open-minded letting agent I have ever had the pleasure of having my needs met by, and dealing with in general. No contest. Best by far so far, since my first ever flat, almost 20 years ago.

GoogleThe letting team at K & C Hove (Kathryn and Hamah), supported by their legal and other colleague's are as good as it gets. Their feel for finding "the right tenant's" has served me well during the past 4 years. Totally professional and always available to share their considerable knowledge of the area. critically important for their clients, they have a band of equally reliable competitive and professional local contractors on tap to resolve any issues that might and sometimes do arise. King and Chasemore are simply the best!

We've been searching for months for a new place to live (rent) and King & Chasemore went above and beyond to find us a good flat that matched all our needs and budget. GoogleI had such a good experience as a buyer using King and Chasemore. Amanda and Josh were amazing from start to finish. I had sub par service from my lawyers, but having the constant support and advise from K&C made the whole process much easier. I felt very lucky to have them on my side, they were so easy to talk to and willing to help in any way possible at any time. I would definitely recommend them and will be back when (/if) I sell in the future 100%.
