GoogleIs very happy and comfortable time when I meet this office the important notes erena she is very halpful and friendly women she help me a lot and find the amazing apartment for me in a short time she works hard and help the people with everything they want even if you want anything anytime you call her and she definitely will help you. GoogleAtosa and Erena have both been fantastic, super helpful and helped us to secure a flat in such a quick time. Both were very understanding of our inability to attend midweek viewing due to work commitments in other cities. 10 out of 10, would use the letting agency again.

GoogleSold my house recently through K&C Lewes road branch. Its a good friendly team of people, they give good and honest advice. My sale was difficult, and Shaun/James went the extra mile to support after I had left the country, visiting the property many times and sorting out various issues for me. All of this for a very competitive price

GoogleOverall I am very happy that I chose King and Chasemore in Brighton. Shaun and James were very professional, helpful and approachable. It was not an easy sale but they worked hard to see things through to the end. I felt I had their full support all the way through the process. They were very courteous and always called back, keeping me in the loop at all times. Thank you! Sorry but I have to say it, although King and Chasemore fully deserved 5 stars, I wish I didn't use PCS Basildon which they recommended. I hope K&C will cease any cooperation with PCS after their substandard performance.

GoogleI have recently bought a flat through K&C Lewes Road branch. Shaun and James were extremely helpful throughout the process, kept us up to date and organised a 2nd viewing of the property quickly when we requested in. They have been brilliant at liaising with different agencies when we requested surveys, and also with contacting our solicitor to speed things up where possible. Despite not using their in-house mortgage broker or solicitor services, they have been professional, helpful and supportive throughout. I would 100% recommend buying through them.
