GoogleHad Rebecca come to my property to carry out a valuation. After having multiple agents offer many different services at different costs, i found Rebecca very informative and helped me understand the process better than any other agent. Very efficient and answered all of my questions! I will be taking on Rebecca and her team when i'm ready to let!

GoogleAmelia helped and showed my 88 year old Mother around a property and the whole team realised my mother is not of the era of email and technology . But made it easy for me to help and assist her and kept us updated in a timely manner . Nice to see good customer service .

GoogleThey managed my rental property for years and it was really poor. They can take literally months to answer the simplest query, and the staff often contradict each other, which does not inspire confidence. I found them disorganised and unprofessional, childish even. Because I was easygoing and patient, they took me for a fool who would just put up with a poor service without complaint. And I did - but it was because I was trusting them to get on with the job properly! Big mistake. And they're expensive too - tried to charge me nearly £700 renewal fee, when all the other local agents charge around £300 for the same level of professional referencing and inventory etc. They eventually offered to reduce it a bit, but why try to rip me off in the first place? I was a loyal client of many years.

GoogleThe most horrible experience we ever had with an agency.Avoid them at all cost. We had so many requests before us to get in the property to put a good review, and I had to come back and change everything. The day we signed our contract everything's changed. They rent us a house that has lots of issues. They were promising us that the house will be refurbished before we move in but unfortunately we did believed them and the day we moved in we realized that not only work has not been complete but they would not take any responsibility. Of course, you can not get a hold of them at all, and when we finally got to speak to them. There were a blaming game between them and the landlord. Is all about money and they don't care about families,children, and babies. Do not trust them at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

It’s been really tough finding somewhere and as a single parent I’ve come across a lot of judgemental estate agents. However Amelia was kind and helpful from the moment I spoke to her. I got the sense that she genuinely wanted to help me and my daughter. The whole experience was great thanks to her. She is professional, positive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

GoogleI had an exceptional experience when buying a home via King & Chasemore. We had quite a few hiccups along the way, but Connor truly went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Communication was excellent, and during the seven months the sale was being processed, we felt confident that any issues would be dealt with quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell via K&C in future.

GoogleFor the past few years I have rented out my property through King and Chasemore lettings and I haven’t got a bad thing to say about the service. Always found stress free tenants and were on hand with any questions I had. Recently I sold the property through their sales team and I’ve got to say the service was the exact same! Chris conducted all of the viewings and Alisa and Connor were always there to make the sale easy, quick and painless. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling or letting!
