GoogleGreat estate agents! Thomas was great from showing us around the park homes, to putting in the offer, liaising between Dads buyers solicitors & the other estate agents….. & then chasing the solicitor at the end! I would highly recommend king & chasemore & especially Thomas! Thank you for making the hardest thing my Dad had to do, a lot easier!!!

GoogleI was having a very difficult morning, having to find somewhere to live following a break up. I visited the other estate agencies on the high st and King & Chasemore stood out to me as they were the only ones to listen to me and my needs and discuss options. Not just throw problem properties at someone who was clearly desperate and vulnerable. They helped me find a property that was right for me and my needs and within my budget. Andy was very welcoming and friendly and got straight on job. When I returned to confirm my interest Becky was on had to help me and explain my deposit options clearly and answered my questions no matter how simple or silly they were. And finally Chloe helped me through my credit check patiently while I gathered the info that I needed. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me step into the new chapter of my life. GoogleThe team were incredibly welcoming and friendly. As a first time renter, I was incredibly nervous about the experience but the team at King and Chasemore helped us through it all. They gave us all the necessary information, ensured we understood what we were doing, and gave us time to think things through. Additionally, after we gave them the requirements for a property, they called us to inform us of new properties on the market! The team that helped us (Neill, Andy, Cloe and Becky) were amazing and could not recommend them enough!!

GoogleSuzie and Team managed the sale of my late Mum's house. Despite a minor bump in the road with the first buyer not being quite as ready as they had led to believe, they managed the situation well and provided advice as to the best next course of action.
