GoogleI had a really positive experience selling my property with King & Chasemore from start to finish and would happily recommend them. Lulu handled most of the initial side of selling my property and was fantastic throughout. From our first conversations about putting the property on the market, she was friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. Communication was always good, viewings were well organised and I always felt like I knew what was happening. She made the whole process feel personal rather than just like another property sale, and I really appreciated the time and effort she put in. Once the sale was agreed, Nathalie took over the progression through to completion and did a great job of keeping everything on track and was always quick to come back to me if I had any questions. Having someone keeping an eye on everything during this part of the process definitely took a lot of the stress out of it. Overall, I was very happy with the service from Lulu, Nathalie and the whole King & Chasemore team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful, and the communication throughout was excellent. Selling and moving home can be a stressful process, but they made it as straightforward as possible and helped everything get over the line successfully. A big thank you to Lulu, Nathalie and the rest of the team. I would definitely recommend King & Chasemore to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleI have been renting through king and chasemore for the last 7 years and have just moved to a new property Clare, Jack, Ben & flo from the Worthing branch have all been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient getting the new tennancy started and into my new home. The systems they use for checks, zero deposit etc have been very easy to use and speeds the process of starting a new tennancy from the way it used to be done.
