***NEW BUYERS AND RENTERS PLEASE READ***At first they made feel so welcoming into moving in at chandler close room A BUT pressured me in to writing a good review about them before i even moved in. It was a horrific experience with them. I had mould’s every in my room and my bathroom. I had contacted them about it several times and they told me to keep my windows open and i did but i couldnt leave open 24/7 as around that time it was freezing outside and i should not have to keep open 24/7! I still did as i was told and the moulds was getting worse and worse by then and my health was already affected causing me skin irritation breathing problems and constantly being sick! I had sent them pictures and emails and they told me to CLEAN IT MY SELF! Even after i told them its affecting my health.. they refuse to sort it out. They dont care about anyone! Also i had a leak upstairs and they told its not a leak and its nothing they also sent someone to look at it and they said it was nothing until when i was showering the light exploded and it was full with water… these people do not care all they want is peoples money and dont even treat the tenants right or what they pay for! The only time they wanted to bring people in to paint the mould was the last week of me moving out after begging them to help me and trying to get them to understand my situation for the past year. This company should be shut down!!!! Worst decision i ever made by going with them🤬🤬

Tamara showed us a couple of houses and was always punctual.she kept in contact but was not intrusive. Once we had decided she guided us through the Scottish system , recommended a solicitor who was lovely. There were a few issues along the way but once Tamara got involved they were usually promptly sorted. I would thoroughly recommend Tamara from Paton + co Berwick. So happy with our new house.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for a business before but I honestly had a terrible experience with this branch. Poor communication both with myself and I later found out with the seller too. Took them over a week to do simple things like informing me of an offer on my property. Took them 2 weeks to get back to the buyer about basic questions. Was spoken to in an awful tone on multiple occasions by a member of the team. Was not told I could keep my property on the market during the offer stage. I felt completely unsupported during my first time sale which ultimately failed due to a lack of trust in the estate agent. Both myself and the buyer have been in touch and have found that we have been lied to on several occasions. All I can say is that they seem nice at face value but as soon as anything doesn’t go their way things change very quickly. Support from the area manager has been better but ultimately I think that they have too much on so things inevitably fall through the cracks.
