GoogleWe bought our new home through this office. The staff here are excellent. They are friendly , efficient and professional. Without them steering through the process we would still be floundering. They not only did their jobs but filled in the gaps left by others who were not as proactive. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward by keeping me updated at every stage and answering all of my questions quickly.What really stood out was their genuine care and attention they took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure everything was handled efficiently. GoogleNeil was #1! Was amazingly helpful and made us feel at ease. Renting is not easiest especially when moving out of your family home! Neil was very helpful in getting us registered, he was welcoming and hospitable and we had a great laugh! Just the beginning of our search for a house to rent but Neil and king and chasemore stood out the most amongst all other letting agents! Will definitely recommend! GoogleCaused my friends lots of unnecessary stress. After they provided references, they heard nothing for nearly 7 days. When they finally contacted the agent, they were told the property had already been given to another applicant. On top of that, it took several more days to get their holding deposit refunded. Very poor communication and service. Do better.
