GoogleWithout meaning to copy previous reviews I seriously cannot write anything negative about Sophie or Tony. From the moment I met Tony at the property for the viewing and Sophie on move in day absolutely nothing has been too much for them…..I really have been a handful at times with my requests. Both Sophie and Tony are professional, friendly and knowledgeable to excess but at the same time so approachable about absolutely anything, not just to do with the property.
Tony please keep smiling. Your smile really does light up the room when you walk in. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Don’t ever leave!!!

We called in to King and Chasemore and were introduced to Anthony Ravensdale. We were treated very professionally, sympathetically and effectively and, within a short time, Anthony found us a very suitable rental property nearby. Since then he has dealt most effectively with our insurers, their sub-contractors and the property landlords, keeping us informed at every stage. Poor communications through the tennancy
Allow the landlords to keep deposits as they don't have a back bone to get stuff for tenants
So they end up loosing out constantly.
Never rent a place from these guys numerously asked for paperwork and evidence of stuff never ever give despite always chasing.
They take your money 0 intrest in belong you have issues sorted in the property with landlords and then end of tennacy they act like they don't know you and don't give a hoot. Appealing all round and never ever use these. Worse type of people and how andy is manager when he can't even send forms or proof of stuff to help deposits back. Because they are in the landlords pocket. Have lost over £600 due to there incompetence.

The managing agents are terrible.
I moved into a poorly cleaned flat, had to pay out of my own pocket to make good. Management requests were rarely followed up. Then they did not return my deposit or confirm any proposed deduction amount despite almost 3 months passing.
