I've never been so happy with a service like the one I was provided at King at Chasemore in Hove. I had the opportunity of meeting the team, Jen, Jess and Steph who made the process so easy. They explained each step clearly and held my hand through the whole process. The service was very professional, to an extremely high degree and done with so much respect. I would recommend this team to anyone who's looking to rent in Hove. I've never been so impressed with such a service! Thank you King and Chasemore :)

From the first day we've met Chanee she was professional and a lovely personality. Easy to talk to, she listened to our needs and made sure to find the best way to communicate between us and the landlord. The whole experience went smoothly due to her organisation, emphaty and nice nature. From our experience there are only a few agents in this area that can be compared to Chanee. There's so many more positive things that can be said, I would highly recommend Chanee if you want a stress free transaction and King and Chasemore as an agency . Thank you 😊 .

I need to put pen to paper and shout out to Harry Moseley…Harry introduced us to a flat they had on their books..From the outset Harry had demonstrated a 100 percent commitment to his customers in the way he followed up on any queries once we had put the offer in on our dream flat to contacting the seller when necessary questions were raised…Harry keep up the good work and I have no doubt you will go many places

I am very disappointed with this Agents. They cancelled my viewing last week without any good reason and rearranged it to this week assuring me that I am the first viewer and not to worry about anything. They just rang me to cancell again because they had a viewing for the property and the offer has been accepted. They denied any reassurances they gave me despite me having a witness for their statements. They made me miss on purchasing a property I was really really interested in.
