GoogleRecently I was selling my home in Midhurst and moving to the coast. I can honestly say the team at K&C kept me sane as my chain was difficult to say the least with people demanding it all happen to suit their own personal schedules. Cameron was excellent with the viewings, giving me all the feedback in a timely manner. His quiet yet professional manner put everyone at ease. Once under offer Amy was then my contact and she kept me up to date with all the [constant!] changes going on as she fully understood all my concerns and therefore explained the details of what was going on as my solicitor was somewhat remiss with this. I needed a certain level of hand holding and the team most certainly delivered. Keith even helped me fill in the reams of paperwork whilst Edd the manager, kept a watchful eye on the proceedings and was always welcoming when I popped in to the office needing some guidance or reassurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI have been dealing with Harry from the Bognor Branch .I have found him to be very professional and very proactive to assist myself in really wanted to sale my property .He has been updated me on a regular basis and a keen person who really go above and beyond for their clients .I feel he deserves a bigger pay rise as he is an asset to his company thanks again for all your hard work .If i was selling again i would be using your services again

GoogleThe last 6 months of our tenancy were made a living hell by this lettings company. The person who was assigned to us repeatedly lied and miscommunicated with our landlord. Telling our landlord things we simply have not said. I will never be looking to rent through the company again.

GoogleAgency let themselves into our flat without permission! We're going to be moving out soon and King and Chasemore gave me a call to arrange a viewing. We discussed that we'd be out so they could if they have their own key. They told me they didn't have their own key and would contact the landlord and let me know. They then never reached out to tell us the outcome, so we assumed this wouldn't be happening. The next day and I get a message from my landlord, saying the agents have accessed the flat for a viewing and asking for it to be more presentable in the future. These guys literally just let themselves into our flat, when we weren't there or prepared for a viewing, then had the cheek to act like we've caused a problem. I called to discuss this and the response was "well I'm not really sure what to say" Absolute joke, completely illegal and I'd highly recommend you avoid this company like the plague. Edit* - The day after leaving this review they've called me to discuss my review, implying that I should have called and spoken to them directly before leaving a review next time. As you can see from the above review, that's exactly what I did. I highlighted this and the tone changed quickly and I could hear frustration in the ladies tone. She was saying that the landlord let them in. Surely should go without saying that an agency should be aware the landlord can't just let themselves in without permission either, so seems like a ridiculous excuse to me. Really weird attempt to settle this that's made me double down on the review above. They give off this vibe that you're the one at fault, but I'm really confused as to how they can think that when literally all I've done is complain about them accessing my home without permission. Crazy work.

GoogleKing and Chasemore, Saltdean I first got in contact in June 2025 after seeing a property I really liked. From the beginning, everything through King and Chasemore has been incredibly straightforward. I worked with Susie, Jacob and, less frequently, Murray, all of whom were consistently friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process both during and post sale. They have continued to help me get contact details for different contractors as the house needs renovations which has also been incredibly helpful as I am new to the area. Towards the end I had some issues with the seller, as well as some difficulties with my lawyers, and the team were incredibly helpful with both situations. Their communication was excellent and they were always hands-on, kind and proactive. I would definitely recommend this team. Very helpful, very supportive and genuinely great to work with. Five stars all around.
