GoogleI’m so glad that I spoke to Kirsty when I was house hunting. She insisted I look at a property I hadn’t considered and I LOVE it. I’m also happy with how Kirsty and Clare supported me through the technical and financial processes too. Kirsty also helped me to negotiate terms and costs. My reason for 4 stars is that the company didn’t allow my guarantor to ask questions and also there were problems with the phone system, however all the promises were kept and everything I needed has been provided.

GoogleFrom the initial market appraisal, instruction and marketing, Susie and her team have been helpful and professional from beginning to end. We live several hours away from the bungalow and Susie was able to steer us towards any tradesmen we needed to prep the property. As our negotiator Jacob was always at the end of the phone, supportive and saw up through a few bumps on the way to completion, always cheerful and helpful. Murray was also helpful on the phone if we needed anything when the rest of the team were out of the office or otherwise engaged. Well done King and Chasemore, we chose the right agent!

GoogleI can’t recommend Jack enough. He was incredibly helpful, always fully professional, and genuinely knowledgeable about the flat,something I’ve found all too rare. He presented himself really well and proactively took care of all the arrangements for my flat renting, working around the clock to make sure everything was handled without any delays. It was a real relief to have someone so reliable and attentive to during renting process.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend as hardly saw the senior sales agent after she had signed us up. Communication went through very junior staff and generally calls were ignored. The buyers estate agent got really frustrated too by the lack of response and poor communication
