Best service I had in UK. Looking for a rent in September is not easy for an international student. Me and my flatmate visited many agencies on the street. Most of them are not interested give us any property, as we are students. In here, the air-conditioning makes the office a cozy place, and the lady sat in the front respond to our request, very helpful. She called the landlord directly in front of us to confirm with landlord if master students can be accepted. Her proper wordings with the landlord impressed us, very experienced, makes everyone feels happy. And she takes us to view the place right after the phone call, that's called efficient service. I believe she must have a good faith in this job and life. Though we didn't chose the property we were looking for in the end for the distance is too far. The service worth the 5 stars rating.

Had my home valued by Mark Emmett the manager, his knowledge of the market and by apartment block was second to none, very personable, was honest with his opinions and pricing not just trying to flatter me to win the business have since marketed my home with him and continue to be impressed highly recommend

Absolutely Unprofessional !!! Horrendous service, take weeks to fix a minor problem and find ridiculous reasons to keep most of your deposit. I highly do no recommend this agency and I am sure you can find many better ones in Brighton.

With regards to the release of the deposit no monies can be taken from your deposit without your consent. You do have the option of raising a dispute with My Deposits who would then look at the claim from both Tenant and Landlord and award the monies from the evidence provided by both parties. Don't touch them with a barge pole. Pushy, high fees, over valued the property, and when I changed my mind they wouldn't give my deposit back and only 24 hours into the contract ! Had to query the transaction with my bank to get the refund. Should be called Thieves and Chasemore.

King and Chasemore are owned by the uk's largest estate/letting agents but you get the impression that the branch is run by an a local independent team.So friendly and efficient i can not fault them.As a landlord i highly recommend the Hove branch

(They asked me to review before I had my deposit and I gave 5 starts before! They are very cheeky and now I have edited my review) Avoid this guys. Lies after lies...just to charge you something before they give your deposit back. My advice to prevent similar situation: Make sure you have someone from the agency with you when you leave the flat, so that they won't be able to make up some excuse and trick you. Please be aware and protect your money.

Appalling service. We got completely ripped off by the lettings department who failed to respond when we had problems at the property and when the deposit was due to be returned they knocked us from pillar to post until effectively offering half the deposit back even though the WHOLE property had been completely redecorated whilst we were living there. The property had been listed for nearly 13 weeks before we moved in because it was in such poor condition Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Countrywide and King & Chasemore. Lesson learnt!

I have viewed a few properties in the Worthing area with King and Chasemore over the last few months and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.
