I had a great experience with King & Chasemore. Dealt mainly with Kate and Rebecca but the whole team seem friendly and efficient. They sorted out my rental while I was in South Africa - with Kate Thompson taking me on a Whatsapp video tour around the house! They gave me a full photo inventory of everything when I came into the office to sign and go through the documentation (this took 20min max) and now I’m in my flat with everything sorted. Seriously so efficient, flexible and responsive - not to mention friendly which makes such a difference! I would definitely recommend them.

King and Chasemore Worthing Before signing the contracts the agents promised -The gas/electric metres would be changed from prepay to regular connection. -The back overgrown garden would be cleared and prepared -That blinds or curtains (none in the house at all) could be fitted if a quote was provided for the landlord. Despite numerous phone calls some 5 weeks after having moved in, the meters have not been changed, the garden remains a jungle (in which were two dead rats were found) and there are no window coverings despite providing quotes weeks ago. This is happening in a property where it is known there are young children. Numerous telephone calls have been made to the branch and a detailed e-mail outlining the above sent to Louise on 20/09/18 over a week later there has been no contact and not even an acknowledgement of the e-mail. Poor does not even come close to describing the way that this situation is being handled by King and Chasmemore in Worthing.
