GoogleOne of the best customer experiences I have had when looking for houses to rent in London. Shaun and Marta were very attentive and polite when booking a viewing on my behalf. When I put down an offer for a house, Shaun made sure to call me before sending my offer to the landlord to confirm my terms and ask if I have any questions. Within the same day, Shaun got back to me with clear instructions of what to do, since my offer had been tentatively accepted.

We are dealing with Marta and she is excellent. She is communicative and fast at responding to our queries. I recommend using Keatons as they have been very good to us so far!

GoogleI have booked an appointment for a viewing on Saturday, but the real estate agent didn't show up. We tried texting/calling both the agent and the company without any luck. We spent 30 minutes in front of the building but there was no one around.
