Tenants beware - when you're renting they'll be razor sharp in demanding inspections, funds, price hikes etc. But when you need something - in my case, my near £3,000 deposit back, they're lethargic and dismissive. I'm now on week two with no sign that my much-needed funds will be released any time soon. It's a terrible indictment of their business and a share disregard for the people behind tenancies and contracts.

I had such a fantastic experience dealing with keatons when purchasing my property. In particular, OJ and Jon were excellent - they handled all queries, including challenging ones, with the utmost professionalism, skill, care and friendliness. Property transactions and house moves are stressful times. OJ and Jon’s service ensured this was an enjoyable experience for me. The purchase of my property was subject to probate being granted which could have made the whole experience much more stressful but they handled the peculiarities particularly well, liaising between all stakeholders regularly and with clear communication. A big thanks from me! Highly recommend.

One of the best customer experiences I have had when looking for houses to rent in London. Shaun and Marta were very attentive and polite when booking a viewing on my behalf.
