GoogleWe currently are tenants of a property and we needed to ask the Landlords to reduce the rent to assist us financially with us being pregnant with twins. We were really nervous in the first place but spoke with Benjamin Fidler at Keatons and he tried his very best to help us and he was so helpful and understanding. Even if the decision in the end was up to the Landlords (to which they thankfully accepted), that human touch and knowing that I was in the right hands gave us such relief. GoogleI bought a house through Luke Mardle at Keatons (or maybe I should say thanks to Luke). I had specific requirements and Luke showed me round multiple houses, taking me back for second viewings when I was unsure and most helpfully always keeping me in the loop and suggesting new properties on the market. He had extensive knowledge of the area I was looking in and the house I ended up buying was one he suggested to me. He was always on time, personable and it became more preferable to view houses with Luke than searching through other estate agents.

GoogleI cannot recommend Keaton’s more, they helped me and my boyfriend to find a flat to rent in London. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond. They had great response times and couldn’t do more for you. Shaun helped us to find exactly what we were looking for in an area we didn’t think was possible. Will be sure to recommend to friends and use them again.

GoogleNick, Chris and Kane were amazing - I was a cynic and thought I could do it all myself. It proved to be a nightmare of hurdles for one reason and another, and everyone at Keatons worked really hard over the course of 18 months to get our flat sold and our house bought. What had started off as a simple cash offer from a friend of a friend collapsed and we went from one unscrupulous buyer to another and there is no way I could have navigated it on my own. We just wouldn't be in our lovely new house without their effort, simple as that. JP

GoogleWe recently completed on our first property as homeowners with Kane at Keatons. I imagine the experience of buying a home is always overwhelming, stressful and busy, however from initial contact through to closing Kane was informative, prepared and helpful. He let us know who else was interested and general status updates without being pushy or over-bearing, and after a previous experience with another company, his laid back attitude of following our lead and schedule ultimately helped us decide to go with this property as we felt comfortable. We're still settling in but wouldn't hesitate to use them for another purchase and would happily recommend Keatons to friends.

GoogleI was in the market for 2 bed flat in the east and after being to all the other estate agents in the area, Keatons Shoreditch were from the onset the most serious about trying to find me the right one. My estate agent, Kane Griffin was unlike many other estate agents, being patient, professional and above all honest. After finding the right property within a couple of weeks, negotiations went smoothy and the sale proceeded. Although it wasn't the smoothest of purchases from then on out, it was in no way the estate agents fault. I would recommend to anyone Keatons Shoreditch if either in the market to sell or buy especially with Kane who without doubt fantastic and his job.

GoogleI recently both sold my flat and bought a house through Keatons. Despite the purchase being tricky for lots of reasons Nick and his whole team were extremely supportive, offering advice and keeping everything on track. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keatons if you are selling or buying a property in the Shoreditch area. All aspects of the service are really well handled from marketing, valuation, viewings through to sales and purchase admin. A very big thank you from me to Nick, Chris, Kyle and Rebecca. Ollie, our lettings agent, was terrific - really friendly, helpful and welcoming. From our initial viewing, through to the decision-making process and the paperwork etc, Ollie and Rebecca were informative and supportive. They answered questions quickly and were genuinely forthcoming about everything. The whole process has been very smooth and stress free - we would definitely recommend Keatons, and specifically Ollie, to anyone looking to rent in the area.

GoogleJust sold my one bed in Spitalfields through their Shoreditch office. I was extremely happy with the service. Both Nick and Kane in particular were great throughout the process. I liked the way they didn't come in with a stupid over-valuation just to get the instruction. They were realistic, professional, friendly and worked hard to realise a price I was happy with. GoogleIt was a real delight dealing with the Keatons teams in Shoreditch and Hackney. Everyone we dealt with from sales to sales progression were great to deal with, super professional, genuine, and really focused on ‘us’. The whole experience was slick. We instructed Keatons for our sale as our purchase was through them and we thought it might help things go more smoothly, and it really did. In particular, Stuart Milburn deserves special mention. He was very proactive and responsive, anticipated our questions, and kept the whole chain together as it went through the inevitable wobbles - a link higher up the chain broke and had to be re-formed but Stuart really helped to calm and keep our buyer in the chain. We don’t think he could have done a better job for us. The sale was also smooth: a great initial consultation with Nick, the manager of the Shoreditch office, with a thoughtful appraisal of the local market; really excellent photos were produced (I don’t think our place ever looked so good); plenty of viewings (with good handovers between Nick, Kane and Chris showing the property and feedback from them to us); a clear strategy for closing on the offer; and a good transition to the sales progression team. We’re really pleased we chose Keatons, and would do so again and happily recommend them to others.

GoogleI sold my 1 bedroom flat near Bethnal Green/Shoreditch with the Shoreditch Keatons office this summer and can whole-heartedly recommend them. My sale was dealt with by Nick, Chris and Kane, and they were all brilliant. I had the bad luck of a buyer pulling out, but the guys got my property back on the market and taking viewings really quickly, and got me another buyer in just a week or two. I found them to be professional and friendly. They were in touch regularly, but not to the point of being annoying, and kept me updated with the sale's progression. I chose Keatons because of their friendly and professional approach, and because I feel they often have the nicest properties on their books, so my flat was in good company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
