My partner and I had a great experience with Marta at the Shoreditch office. After renting privately for 10+ years, we were pretty nervous about engaging with letting agents and the whole process of finding a new place, but Marta was a great guide who we trusted from our first call, where she suggested we look at a property that became our new home! She gave us all the information we needed along the way, and replied to our questions quickly - even after we were already locked into a contract, and we really appreciated the support.

Would highly recommend Henry and OJ at Keatons Shoreditch to anyone with regards to selling a property. They were our 2nd Estate Agent so we felt a certain trepidation, but that was quickly dissolved after the 1st week going live. I had the best experience looking for my new home with Matthieu Grimaldi from Keatons Shoreditch. As a black, femme, queer freelancer, it often feels as though you're saying what you want but aren't being listened to or given the opportunity to rise to the occasion. So many times, I would go to an estate agent and after giving my budget etc, never hear back from them because I didn't seem corporate enough and thus didn't seem like I ahd the money. Matthieu was very attentive from the beginning. He reassured me when I felt nervous about checks etc, and worked with me to remedy any issues that may have come up as a hindrance to getting my home. He was very on-hand as I have (recently) had quite an intense schedule and made sure everything happened smoothly. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and would very much reccommend that others seek him out adn work with him too. I am very comfortable and happy in my new home as I write this.
