GoogleTenants beware - when you're renting they'll be razor sharp in demanding inspections, funds, price hikes etc. But when you need something - in my case, my near £3,000 deposit back, they're lethargic and dismissive. I'm now on week two with no sign that my much-needed funds will be released any time soon. It's a terrible indictment of their business and a share disregard for the people behind tenancies and contracts.
